Southcomp-Polaris agree deal with Kodak Alaris

Southcomp-Polaris SAS, a member of the Midis Group, have closed a distribution deal with Kodak Alaris Ltd to distribute their Alaris imaging software across west and north Africa. Kodak Alaris are based in Hertfordshire in the UK.

Kodak Alaris hardware and software are used for document scanning and image file management, typically by banks and insurance companies.

Mindware, also a Midis Group company, distributes the same products across Lebanon and the middle east. The agreement between Southcomp-Polaris and Kodak Alaris was made in July 2019 and as a result, there will be an increase in sales personnel based in Morocco.

The deal covers Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo Brazzaville, Congo, Kinshasa, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea (Conakry), Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Senegal, Togo, Tunisia and Libya.
