1. Partner should send the complete RMA request to the Service Dept of SouthComp Polaris using the RMA Form (download)
2. After checking the content of the RMA request to include Serial number, invoice, product reference of the faulty unit, Service dept establishes an RMA authorization number
3. As soon as Partner receives an RMA number, (see attached for an example), Partner can ship the defective product, including the RMA authorization forms and return number inside and outside the parcel to :

4. SouthComp Polaris will ensure replacement of the defective unit by sourcing it out from the manufacturer
- In order to limit freight charges, we recommend that Partner include the shipment with Partner orders shipping from SouthComp Polaris.
- Shipments of ALL defective parts to SouthComp Polaris should be sent by courier Express (CHRONOPOST, DHL, FEDEX, UPS …) and covered by the Partner. By using any other service without a tracking number you expose yourself to the risk of loss of the unit and accordingly its loss of warranty and absence of reimbursement.
- All duties and clearing charges to France if any will have to be covered prior to the replacement of the defective unit.
- Partner should make back ups of all files and programs and remove all peripherals prior to shipment
- Partner should not send the documentation, cables, CDs etc … along with defective unit being shipped
- Manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to damaged, cannibalized products. Please make sure you pack well and securely the defective unit to prevent it from deterioration during shipment.
